Tiffany D. Johnson, PhD (she/her) is a work and equity scholar, writer, and educator. She earned her PhD in Management and Organizations from Pennsylvania State University and her Masters in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois. She is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior at Georgia Institute of Technology, and she does research related to work (places), equity, and well-being. Across academic, corporate, non-profit, and wellness contexts, she enjoys cultivating spaces where we all re-imagine our approach to work and equity via a lens of wholeness. She is currently working on a research project that focuses on the intersections of racial equity, wellness, and work. Some of her research has been published in the Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision-making Processes (OBHDP), and Organizational Psychology Review. Brief statement I’m very excited and grateful to be joining Pacifica’s CLIE program under the Post-Doctoral Fellowship because I’m currently working on research and teaching projects that focus on race and gender-based equity in the workplace through liberatory and community frameworks. I am looking forward to working with faculty and students, learning from and with everyone, and more deeply developing my research.
