Brandon Short

Brandon Short earned a degree in mechanical engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology before turning to depth psychology, and graduating with a PhD from Pacifica in the Jungian and Archetypal Studies program, in 2018. His research focused on the mythological component of our collective imagining of Cartesian Dualism, which was later published as The Cartesian Split: A Hidden Myth. Brandon is interested in Gnosticism, the psychological history of science, and the presence of depth psychology in contemporary life and culture.
